Privacy notice
Privacy notice — version 2026-10-02-v2. Effective 2 October 2026. This notice covers enquiries and related business communications through sgmme.ae.
Controller: SGM TRADE MIDLE EAST FZ-LLC, licence 5029625, incorporation 0000004053774. Address: S24W808, Shed No24., Al Hulaila FZ, Al Hulaila Industrial Zone – FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. For privacy requests, withdrawal of consent or marketing opt-out: main@sgmme.ae.
We collect your company, contact name, business email, optional telephone/WhatsApp, destination country, vehicle quantity and requirements, optional timing, language and your consent choices. Please do not include identity documents, payment-card details or sensitive personal information. Required fields are needed to handle your request; telephone and timing are optional.
We use enquiry data to respond, prepare and discuss quotations and follow up on the supply you requested. We rely on your consent and, where applicable, steps requested before a contract or a legal obligation. Separately, if you choose the optional marketing box, we may email you our own relevant business vehicle offers where the law permits. Declining marketing does not prevent a quotation. This form does not authorise marketing calls, SMS or WhatsApp campaigns. Consent does not override restrictions protecting consumers under UAE law. We do not sell your details or use them for third-party advertising.
Access is limited to authorised SGM staff and providers needed to operate the website and email, or authorities where legally required. AEserver provides website hosting and email services. Enquiries are sent to sales@sgmme.ae. If processing involves a transfer outside the UAE, we apply the safeguards or other lawful conditions required by applicable UAE law; explicit consent is requested where required. We do not claim that all processing or provider backups take place exclusively in the UAE.
We retain enquiry correspondence and consent records for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law. Marketing stops when you withdraw consent or object. Records that must be retained for legal obligations or claims are restricted to those purposes. Deletion requests also apply to accessible copies and are considered when restoring backups; provider backup expiry follows the applicable service arrangements.
The form uses an essential session cookie for request security and duplicate prevention. The handler temporarily stores session tokens, a submission fingerprint and receipt reference; it does not keep a separate database of enquiry text. Anti-abuse records use a keyed hash of the network address and a rolling one-hour limit. Expired session files are removed through server housekeeping. Hosting and email providers may keep operational/security logs under their own service rules. This site has no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Opening WhatsApp uses an external service governed by its own terms.
You may request information about processing, access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy where applicable; you may withdraw consent or object to direct marketing at any time by emailing main@sgmme.ae, including by replying to a marketing email. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. We may verify your identity proportionately. You may complain to the competent UAE data-protection authority. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing.
We use HTTPS, a server-side mail service, restricted access and server-side validation to protect submissions. Our handling is intended to follow applicable UAE requirements, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection. This notice describes this website’s actual workflow; it is not an unrestricted permission for marketing. Material changes to purposes or providers will be reflected here and new consent sought where required.
